Ericka Williams 

 Ericka Williams, Educator earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1992. She soon joined the corporate ranks in the Telecommunications Industry, and committed 10 years of dedicated service. She later found her calling in education and was hired at Aldine Independent School District, in Houston, Texas. As program director, she developed and maintained an active knowledge of school administration.

 

Mrs. Williams served as an adjunct professor at North Harris Community College District (NHMCCD) for 5 years.  She taught courses such as: Organizational Behavior, Basic Computer Skills, Business Machines, and Business Management.

 

She is currently a fifth grade teacher which motivates and inspires her students to think beyond the limits.  She also recently completed her master’s degree program in Curriculum and Instruction at Houston Baptist University.  This degree plan also includes an Instructional Technology certification.

 

Mrs. Williams self-motivates and obtains most of her passion through an on-going service to her school and community.  She is an active member in several professional organizations: Kappa Delta Pi, National Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts (NCTELA), and North Harris Council for Teacher of English (NHCTE).

 

 

 

 

Kristy Edmond

Kristy Edmond, Civil Engineer

Ms. Edmond posses a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Southern

University and has a working knowledge of mediation. She is currently a

Civil Engineer with VOGT Engineering, L.P. where she has developed nonadversarial methods to handling problem situations. Her job duties include:

 

· Develop goals, standards and required methods to define appropriate

   quality level for clients and minimizes our exposure and risk on

   project;

· Complete project investigation through mediation on a daily basis;

· Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

 

 

                                                Angela Ford 

Angela Ford, Educator / Speech Therapists

Ms. Ford has over 10 years in Education. She has a degree from Texas

Southern University and has a continuing knowledge in Speech Therapy.

She is currently a High School Speech and Debate Teacher in Aldine

Independent School District. Her Job Duties include:

 

·         Assist Principal at Banneker McNair Academy (3) yrs

·         Overseeing the Speech and Debate Department

·         Consult to different Texas schools on Speech curricula

·         Houston Community College Professor (2) yrs

·         Coaching all speech and debate tournaments

·         Washington Mutual Operation Supervisor (3)yrs

·         Provide Customer care training for WAMU employees

 

 

Ann Miles – Edmond

Ann Edmond, SIM Specialists

Mrs. Edmond has over 13 years in Education and Business Administration.

She is currently a Family Truancy Specialists for Community Education Partners and HISD one of the third largest school districts in the world, Houston Independent School District. Her job duties include:

 

· Perform support and data quality audits while supervising all

   incoming student data from Alternative School’s data clerks.

· Accurately sustain records for students in Alternative Department.

· Invoicing the state of Texas per the number of students actively

   attending school.

· Perform financial and data quality audits and assist Charter’s with

   TEA and HISD audits.

· Provide support for Charter Schools with Chancery Questions.
